My approach is collaborative. We will work as a team to identify your goals and treatment objectives. The therapeutic techniques that I commonly use is a CBT, ACT, clinical hypnosis and mindfulness which is proven to be extremely effective in treating depression, anxiety and trauma. However, I also use an eclectic approach and integrate other effective techniques during the therapeutic process including parts work and somatic experiencing and additionally process feelings, and deal with past experiences.
